I’m very pleased to part of this year’s Blue Metropolis Festival, which once again is filled with interesting readings and discussions.

Here are my events:

Tonight, Thursday May 28th, at 8:00 P.M. I’m part of a panel called “The City as Character” that looks at the role of the urban landscape/environment in fiction.

And on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2 – 4, I’m leading a short fiction workshop on writing through the senses – using sensory/sensual data to create rounded characters and plot structures.

Tickets for both events are available at the festival, which takes place at the Holiday Inn Select Montreal, 99 Viger Avenue West.
